Director Biography

Zoe Milenkovic is a South Florida native, the sole anxious filmmaker in a family of chemists, engineers, and computer scientists. In her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, Zoe gained a background in both film and philosophy.

Raised on a strange combination of science fiction films and unfiltered access to the internet— Zoe is interested in using genre to shine a light on the sheer absurdity of the human experience. She’s a recent graduate of the AFI Conservatory with an MFA in Screenwriting. Recognized with AFI's Sloan's Science Screenwriting Award and PROOF FILM FEST.
