Director Biography

Alejandro Ogaz Rodriguez is a Mexican filmmaker who studied Film Production at Vancouver Film School with an international scholarship. His work explores themes of self-knowledge, survival, discipline, and the pressures of modern society, often blending philosophy with raw, human stories.

He is drawn to projects that challenge audiences to question reality, confront their inner struggles, and reflect on the fragile balance between freedom and control. Whether through intense dramas, dark psychological explorations, or sharp character-driven comedies, his films aim to push beyond clichés and reveal deeper truths about life.

For him, cinema is both a discipline and a form of resistance, a way to transform personal questions into stories that resonate universally, aiming to help and change someone else's life.
