Director Biography

Nick Smith is a graduate of the Writing for Film and Television program at Toronto Film School. He graduated in 2022 and immediately began working in the Ottawa film industry as a script supervisor. In 2024, Nick founded RWND HomeVideo, a production company dedicated to cinema campyness. RWND HomeVideo released a music video with local Ottawa rockers Thunderkok in October of 2024 before the company produced it's first animated short film, The Shrouding, in March of 2025.
